I wonder when I might be getting this money as I have not renewed or re registered the credit card !! I have sent them secure messages through their site but so far have not had a reply !
As stated in their "Frequently Asked Questions" leaflet they posted to you and their website, "within approximately 2 weeks".
Do note however that the £190 refund will affect your cash back. It may now change to £85.0 -

Does that refer to getting the cashback credited or sending out the cheques? (I don't think I kept a copy).
I haven't had my cashback yet and it's been over 2 weeks.0 -

They'll apply the cash back to your account and then send you a cheque for the amount that the account is in credit within 2 weeks.0 -
Does anyone else's credit limit still show as available to spend?0

Has anyone except KaasutiiKitty had their cashback credited?
Yes - my online account shows available to spend, but of course it's not because the card won't work (I've cut mine up anyway).0 -

Have you kept your account open?0

My account should get closed.
Does it matter what shows up online?
The only effect I can think might be on your credit report but it will take at least one month for Aqua to update the CRAs and that's after Aqua have updated our accounts internally.
It might also matter for CPA (continuous payment authority).
jo-bo - what's your concern about this figure showing up on-line?0 -
I only ask because I was told another form was being sent out, this was on the 22nd jan, no form received and just wondered if anyone else was in the same boat.
Lisyloo not quite sure why your post sounds so abrupt, don't know why my question appears to have wound you up!0 -
My closing balance is £249.41, which should earn £7.48 cashback. The statement shows £6.68, which leaves total cashback at £84.98 - which will get rounded down to £80- fuming here :mad:0
