Everyone has to re-register. Only takes a minute.

What does "re-register" mean? One meaning is that the pre-23rd login details are no longer valid - I got this. I re-registered according to this meaning days ago. The other meaning is this re-registration now invalid and I have to re-re-register. The second one makes little sense (but then again, this is Aqua...)

I would suggest common-sense needs to apply here.
    Can you log in?
If you can log in and everythig works fine then there is no problem.

If you can't log in and the message doens't recognise you then I'd try re-registering.

The former - if you re-registered on or after the 23rd then that is the login credentials to use.
There were some issues logging in and accessing the services, but today seems to be OK - for the first time on this new interface I can actually see my statements without getting an error message! :D

I prefer the look of the new online card payment process - the old one with the WorldPay pop-up looked dated and clunky, now it appears as though it's integrated within the online service.
One gripe is the lack of a pre-set option (still!) to pay the full amount of the previous statement - "full balance", "minimum payment" or "other" are the options. So again I'd still have to look up my statement and type the amount in the amount manually.

Common sense doesn't work here :)

Registering yet again, after I've already done so isn't quite common sense. The system _does_ recognise me, because it behaves differently when I input wrong credentials - it says the login details don't match their records rather than give me an unexpected error message. So... result is that I _can_ log in, but everything doesn't work fine.

I'll try to register once more later at some point, to see how well this common sense works. Common sense says I should get a message that I'm already registered.

    Oh, look:
    The following errors were found:
    • An internet account already exists for the card details you have provided. Please contact us on 020 7871 0464. Lines are open 8am to 9pm Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm Saturday, and 10am to 6pm on Sundays. To maintain a quality service, we may monitor or record phone calls. Call charges will apply.
So I do have an account after all. Can't re-register twice.

My common sense told me to leave it a few days - I did and it worked fine first time :-)

Should be able to report on cashback in 2nd year on 18th August.

Just remembered you need DOB & postcode - but any acquaintances would know that! Lose your wallet with your driving licence in and they've got it all.

Why would you carry your driving license around with you? Considering it states the photo card isn't valid without the paper counterpart, there's no point.

If you intend on hiring a car, you need both in the vast majority of places.

As for their admin - its run on their behalf by Halifax.

    I think thats incorrect.

On the 31 August 2011, all Aqua, Opus, and Marbles customers were transferred from Bank of Scotland to Progressive Credit Ltd, which is owned by SAV Credit. They've also recently purchased Santanders store card business, but Santander will continue to run it until next year.

Because in some places they insist on asking for ID for alcohol even if you look 45....
