I think it is only on the paper statement you can see your level of cashback .. I could be wrong !
They need to inform people about cashback, so I would guess if you go properly paperless then then you get a "proper" full statment rather than the cut down on-line version that us snail mail people get.
I could be wrong too, so best as a precuation to keep your own records (which the cynical would do anyway).0 -
Can anyone who registered for Aqua's new site on Monday 24th June actually log in as I still cannot? I telephoned them on Wednesday and again today again and both times they informed me I will be able to log in in the next few days. They also advised me to re-register but when I attempt this I get informed that my card details are already registered.
Is there anything I can do or what am I doing incorrectly? :mad:0 -
They're clueless idiots. They told me yesterday a) everything's fine (despite an initial recorded message to the contrary) and b) if it's not fine it'll be fine in a few hours.
It still doesn't work for me or my partner eitehr, looks like another phone call is needed.0 -

If you read 2-3 last pages you'll see that most people here can login.
However, I still cannot see my statements and get thrown out every time I try seeing them.
This. I can login and do everything I've clicked on apart from statements.
By the way, if you press the back button when it throws you out, I (at least, might not always work) am returned to the screen before and don't have to log in again.0 -

So I'm not the only one unable to get in. I was starting to wonder how come it started working for others, but I'm still kept out. There was another person saying they're unable to get in, but pretty much everyone else was popping in to say it got fixed for them (except statements).

I thought the problem must have been resolved for everyone else too that is why I was wondering if it was just those who had registered at a particular time on a particular day who could not get logged in. I will keep trying but I do hope they get this sorted really soon!0
