log on today to find that the cashback accrued last year has been credited to my account. One happy man :D

Have started to spend money on this card again.... Hopefully the cashback is continuing...

Do we know anything about whether it'll continue?

It'll continue until they notify us of a change to the T&Cs. Nobody know if they will keep it going or not.

I assume for the time being they're making enough from those paying the interest, missing payments (thereby forfeiting cashback) etc to subsidise the rest of us...

Just logged in and found my card is now £90 in credit. Not bad at all!

Now if I could just get them to increase it from the £500 limit I've had for the past 12 months...

Received nothing in the post, so assuming its carrying on.

Having followed the discussion here re. people being unable to re-register I waited and just managed to register and login to the new system. It still looks basic but at least a bit easier on the eye in my opinion :)

Interesting. My most recent statement is a different style, has different bank payment details (sort code 30-00-00, Lloyds bank, rather than 80-20-45), and the address is now a Sheffield PO Box rather than a Dunfermline business park.

It is worth pointing out at too that the T&Cs state that cashback doesn't count towards the minimum repayment.

Edit: No cashback for me yet, but I notice it's paid on the day after the statement issued after the 1st anniversary, so since my account wasn't open until July, I have another month to wait (and so another month before the year restarts, I guess).

Edit2: Cashback now paid (dated 28th June transaction date, 1st July on account)

When did you receive your latest statement?

If the bank details have indeed changed then I hope my bank adjusts them for me as I never entered the account info and just typed "Aqua" into the bill payment field.

I was wondering with all these system updates going through whether they are the reason for my not being offered a credit limit increase?

    Account opened 24/12/2012
    Sixth statement generated 26/06/2013
    Paid in full 28/07/2013

    Always paid in full
    Never been over limit
    Never been late
Turned over way beyond the credit limit every month without fail

No one can offer an explanation just "computer says..." :(

They say that the only updates that went through are the front end for the online account servicing, nothing in the background has changed so shouldn't have affected my entitlement to a limit increase.

He's given me an address to write to and request a manual review, which I'll do, and if still no joy just close the account as it's useless to me with such a paltry limit.

good luck with that. After 6 months on £500 limit I requested an increase to £1,500 but they only gave me £150 increase

I am a higher rate tax payer and get 5 figure credit limits on other cards. When I challenged their £150 increasem, the letter they sent was computer generated platitudes and generalisations aboutr how they credit rate. As my mortgage is long paid off I have >£2k per month free disposable income and regiularly spend much of that on my other cards. Yet Aqua still will not budge from £150 so I don't think much of the credit rating approach - clearly their busienss model is to be highly risk averse which is undertandable given the card is aimed at sub prime borrowers
