If the job no longer exsists due to changing needs of the business it's no reflection on the worker but if you are SACKED for something YOU have done this is where the problem lies

Not totally true. If they score you it could be one thing you lose on, say you were late once and no one else has been but you score high on work then as you have come bottom on the late you have had you lose your job. Since no many co's let you see the scores you have no idea of what or how it was decided.

The job goes and no one replaces you therefore its not a dismissal it's the job has gone.

As a neutral here you do seem to have a very black and white attitude to things and everybody else can't give their views, it is a forum you know.

I have no idea what the hell has gone on in the past with you lot but I can only see one nasty poster here and they're the one doing most of the accusing of others being "vile and horrid".

Way off topic, got nothing else to add just don't like seeing bullies at work.
