Just answer the questions honestly and promptly when requested.

If you answer them honestly, you might not even get sanctioned yet. If you dont answer them properly, then they cannot help you.

    1. It wasnt my fault for losing my job. I lost it because of personal reasons but they didnt believe me and they sacked me for having to much time off because off the very personal reason.

    Errmm - no.

It was your fault that you lost your job. You lost your job for having too much time off. I realise this may come as a shock, but employers employ you to be at work, not to have time off. "Personal reasons" is what you do in "personal time", not work time, and no matter what good reason you may have had, or think you had, the fact is that the employer was right and you lost your job through your own actions.

I know the English language pretty well thank you but I used abit of txt speak to speed up this post because I was in a hurry .

Yes, it does sound like you have a lot on.
  • O.P comes on here asking for advise and people start saying its their own fault for being sacked!. Very nice and very helpfull from those who have never put a foot wrong in their life!.

I was sacked last year for misconduct but got JSA straight away. If you do get your money stopped you can apply for hardship payments if you meet the criteria. If you do get sanctioned you can also appeal the decision.
If you have absolutley no money then you would also be able to get food parcels etc from a charity in your city/town. Ask at a homeless centre or social services- they will be able to point you in the right direction if needed.

Just wait until something happens it took me 6 week to find work after receiving the very same letter and within that 6 week nothing else was said you may very well find a job in the time it takes for them to reply.

If not like dandi said you can appeal and get hardship also, if worse comes to worse their is food parcels.

But, we are not all pen pushers thank you :)

    happy to help.
