We often get funny looks - my OH is late 20's and has a Blue Badge. One guy with crutches shook his head at us getting in the car a few weeks ago at Morrisons, so I stormed over to him to kindly ask him !!!!!! was his problem.. He tried to say that we were parking fraudulently, until I showed him the pic on the BB and told him to go fcuk himself.

I might make a sign to put next to our BB "Not all disabled people are old or have legs missing.."

My boyfriend drives a lotus. One day we were parking in the blue badge space at a shopping centre and this old man came over and told bf that he had parked in the disabled area. Boyfriend said that he knew that and old man went into a rant about how boyfriend was showing off with his fancy car and young people today had no consideration etc.

He let the man ramble for a bit then asked him to move so that he could get my wheelchair out. Man looked through the window and said that I didn't look like there was anything with me and demanded to see my badge. Well I told him to go fcuk himself, the photo on my badge is horrendous no one unofficial is ever seeing it!

I really can't understand why BB holders pay any attention to the nosey parkers, who are only gesticulating/gobbing off/questioning to get a reaction from the BB holder. Why satisfy their need to be an attention seeker? Ignore them completely if you want to take a stance, it'll annoy and frustrate the hell out of them. Result!

I take it your not a BB holder and if that's the case then you wont understand how it feels to have people sniping and staring on a daily basis when you park.

My husband has a legitimate blue badge. Wish we could afford the car to go with it:rotfl:

Not really, if you read it properly.
