When I went to get mine, it couldn't be found."Ho hum " I thought. After 10 mins, he came back saying he'd been looking in the wrong place, with the vacuum.
He said it must have been on the TV last night, as all the stock they had were reserved.
It's a great piece of kit for a fiver.

I got to the store, and was treated very coldly. They told me that "many had be reserved and they didn't have any"

Luckily I'd already spotted it on Display. I had guessed it would be the display model as there was only one available to reserve. I was told begrudgingly "I suppose you can have that one, I'll find the box."

When we go to the tills another checkout person looked over and said "Oh thats it is it?" to which my "assitant" said "Yeah". Must have been a previous conversation I think.

Anyhow, I'm a bit disappointed to get it home and find the pet-hair "turbo brush" is missing. I wonder how that happened? Shame because it's cat's hairs I need one for. If anyone has no need for their pet hair brush, I could surely use it with my long haired moggy. Kindly PM me, I'll pay the postage of course!

Thanks to OP its a genuine bargain anyway.

Managed to get one all boxed and new. Treated *really* well by the staff. They couldn't have been more helpful.

Wow, 5 stars for Morphy Richards.

I emailed them on the off-chance they could supply the brush, and I got a reply within a few minutes asking me for my address, so I presume they are sending me one. Great service.
  • Reserved mine yesterday and collected it lunchtime. The girl on customer service took a long time to find it, and when I went to pay for it the boy on the till said "I wanted one of these, but you've got the last one!" Very pleased with this, thanks to OP.
  • Just collected mine from the Cambridge Retail Park store abt 15 mins ago. You can't reserve and pick it up in store but there's still 5 of it left, located on the side of the cashier counter. Good luck.
  • I reserved one last night for a present for an engagement party I am going to tonight. It would have been a nice present if I had got there before the other 6 that reserved one. So no vac for me. I get the idea it is a stock control problem but it was quite annoying to make a special journey on my day off, then to have to go somewhere else for a present. As it happens they rung me at home to say they had sold out but I was at the shop at the time.
