I had reserved mine (at dudley) - as you were all having probs I phoned first - said I'd reserved one (didnt give name or res no.) Man went for a while (i was thinking yeah, they won't have saved me one) only to hear "yes, its ready for you" .

I bombed up there - nice gents pointed me in the direction of the counter, my vac was produced out of a cage "you phoned earlier" he said. I asked would you like my reservation no. "no, theres no need your Mrs..." I butted in with my name ..... and I'm pretty sure from the look on his face - that it wasnt my name!!! aargh .......panicked for a mo.... then he handed it over. Paid my fiver "blimey thats cheap!" he said ..... and I bombed back out the store......

Phew, thanks OP for finding these. It looks great and for once I didn't miss out!!!

By the way, I see what you mean - it a powerful little thing! Would blow my cat away LOL - I too am going to use it for the car and hols.

Picked mine up from the Salisbury store this morning, no problems - they said i was lucky as someone had phoned yesterday - they were showing 4 in stock, but couldn't find them - seemed strange as i saw them on the shelf - 1 boxed and 1 display model as i left - if anyone locally wants one.
