I tried nads a few times but always managed to pull skin off as well (ouch) as I had to keep going over and over the same sport to get the stubborn hairs!
Waxing is so painful especially the middle bit right under your nose
I'm currently using a three stage package I got off idealworld (no better than Veet. It always leaves some hairs behind)
So I might be going back to bleach yet......unless the dreaded "change" makes things worse of course.:wave:0 -
I use Superdrugs own brand sensitive hair removal cream - works wonders for me & pluck the odd wiry chin one lolI THINK is a whole sentence, not a replacement for I KnowSupermarket Rebel No 19:T0

They vary the current depending on your tolerance levels, but the higher the current they use, the less sessions, you'll need. The higher the current the more painful it is.
At its worse it feels a bit like a bee sting when the current hits, but there is no after stinging. I can only cope with about 15 mins at a time and am always glad when its over.
Its worse at certain times in your cycle when you are more sensitive to pain, and there are things which also seem to make it worse for me, such as having it on an empty stomach or after a lot of caffeine earlier in the day. Some people swear by taking a preventative painkiller about 20 mins before the session, but I'm not big on taking meds so don't do this myself.
Tea tree oil or cream afterwards is very soothing and helps reduce any redness.0 -

I also get hair sprouting from my nose, I purchased a nasal hair trimmer - you have to do it quite regularly but it's pain free and inexpensive!!
I have dark hair sprouting from my chin too (and upper lip) I use boots own brand facial hair removing creme. It works okay on upper lip but never gets all the chin hairs out. They really get me down and I have been seriously thinking about electrolysis but I'm scared!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!   I hate pain!! So if anyone has any ideas on a painfree, inexpensive successful treatment PLEASE PLEASE spill the beans!!
pressed thanks button in error I was so excited by your post, lol.
Just to say I found Boots brand to be absolute rubbish. Not only did it not do the job, it gave me a nasty rash.:mad:Ellie

Not a good idea to put hair removing cream up your nose, very sensitive up there. It could burn the delicate tissue.0 -

I don't find the chin area painful at all and the upper lip is ok as the stronger ones are at the edges. She occasionally does a couple of fine ones under my nose and yes it brings tears to my eyes but I can cope with it.
Have really hairy legs as well the tops of which I have waxed and the bottoms I shave. Waxing is supposed to give you hair free legs for up to six weeks. Yeah right !!:rotfl: Mine are coming through towards the end of week 2. Drives me mad  so I am looking at laser treatment soon.Make £10 a Day Feb .....£75....
