I ran out of those wipes from the veet facial hair wax strips and as i didn't have any baby oil at hand i smeared some vaseline onto tissue and then added some (cheap boots own brand) aftershave - as the antiseptic bit, and then used that to wipe clean the wax off. good if its for small area.

I’ve found a few things online and got the basic idea but applying it is another matter all together I find.

I have seen a course near me, 1 day, £95 plus £25 for optional kit. I’ve never heard of the college, so no idea of reputation etc. How do I check please? I’d be interested to know how others have picked up the correct technique.

Btw under no circumstances will I be doing threading on anyone else, it's purely for me as I don't like being helpless while someone plucks away on my face. Also, helps save the pennies.:D

    Thanks.
