The opposite. You have to shave 24 hours before each treatment.

Oh really? Im sure I read on another thread on the subject that you had to leave the hairs between treatments.

I know it is very very expensive but it would be worth it. My mam and dad gave me £500 for my fortieth last Sep[tember and Ive never quite got round to going for the consultation.

Would be most annoyed if it didnt work and Id spent all that money :eek:

My sister had it last year. Best results are on pale skin with dark hair. Means
no sun exposure at all between treatments.

She's really pleased with the results - I'm thinking I might try it next year.

What was her hair growth like? I have pale skin with dark hair but some growth is really strong. Was it painful? and how many treatments did she have to have?

Well, when she was little she looked like a little monkey!

She was amazed by the results after the first session, about half the hairs never came back. By the 4th I think she was all done, but she'd signed up for 6. They've let her carry those over (you need to 'top up' every couple of years)

Wow that sounds fanatstic!! I think Ill get this summer out the way, keeping up the salon waxes and then take the plunge and go for a little chat. Did she have her whole legs done? I think id just go for the top legs first but then if like you say its noticeable after first treatment I could get the whol leg done. Oh waht bliss it would be to not bother shaving or waxing again? A girl can dream lol

ooooooooooooooooh so in the north i may just get whole legs done for the 500 quid Ive got. Mind you lololol ive just had a thought.
