Hi everyone,
checking in with 42%!!!! Transfered all my overtime from last month over plus had just over 1% left from last months pay day.
Also just had a pay rise as my casual hours at work have become contracted ones and that alone will add 1-2% a month.
Focusing my time and energy on saving money right now as the job i had an assessment day with last friday still havent got back to me..
Cleaning job on the side is still adding 1% a week and i have babysitting next week too which will be another 1% so aiming for 65% by the end of Nov (including a pay day).
Other problem is I have lots of leftover chocolate and 10 toffee apples from halloween and really shouldnt be eating them as ive made a pact with a lass from work to lose 1 stone in 1 month!!!
Also need to bug my sister to get her bum back on swagbucks as she is my only referral and if she wants this very lovely amber ring from amazon for xmas she might as well help me pay for it!!! haha.1% at a time challenge member #127

What a fantastic bunch you are!craftingmad wrote: »Hi LittleMiss - I will happily make a bag for you but I have currently broken my seewing machine so cannot use it for the foreseeable future (think I will be without for a month or so whilst being mended) but I'll happily do it for you after this time if its any help. As for money - I think I owe you because of this thread so how about just material costs? Thats as long as you happy to wait a while xxx
Sure, there's no rush! Drop me a PM when it's back in action.Hi Little Miss

Hi everyone...
Just recently joined but it's really made me look at my finances.
1% = £125.00 % Cleared = 0%
I've stockpiled all money from my savings account and extra bits in other accounts, and managed to pay off my last remaining credit card (£430.00) and have dropped £70.00 into my ISA - which am going to use to save all spare cash. As soon as I have clocked up a lump sum of £1000 I will pay it to the CCCS so they can knock it off my DMP. On top of the £500, my usual monthly CCCS payment went out for £250.00...
So today I paid £750.00 off my debts = 6% Cleared!!!
Whoop!!!! Whoop!!!! Things will slow down a bit now - but am off to a great start!!! Thanks for the motivation... without all of you - that money would be sat lingering around doing nothing - instead I have reclaimed 6% of my financial freedom back!!!
