Don't worry guys, the only way that contract terms can be changed after the formation of the contract is bilaterally i.e. by the consent of both parties to the contract.

Has anyone booked since the Ts&Cs have changed?0

Glad to see I'm the leading lady! Think of me as a kind of Legally Blonde type ...
Smick, I have booked with them since the change, though won't get my money back until January. I am so bad at keeping track of my money that I won't even notice it is gone ... and it will be a nice bonus when it reappears in my account!Gone ... or have I?0 -
Oh i like it, and i'm a lady as well. Although my dad wouldn't agree with the word lady for me.
I'm not saying any of this to my sister.0 -
can anyone help me please - i have eurostar tickets for paris booked (using the telegraph offer from on here) but now two night accomodation as central as possible on 28th and 29th of june. My searches still seem to leave me with a net spend of £100 a night. If theres anyone with a few minutes on their hand and a kindness in their heart see if they can find anywhere cheaper (would oprefer 4/5 star) thanks, david.0

As good as their word.
easyjethotels have now refunded both our stays in Madrid and Dublin back on to our CC.
Ill maybe do another couple of days in Barca in Sept. Some good prices with clickair from Edinburgh.0 -
I have had a reply regarding one of my Milan bookings. They have said that the refund for the booking in my name on my card is due 'within 30 days of returning'. I'm fairly sure the T&C's at the time said 7 days but I'm willing to let it run as long as I get my money.
As for the other booking (in my wife's name), they have failed to reply to three emails so she has asked the credit card company to step in to try and get the dosh out of them. This space has been intentionally left blank0 -
Im sure my Dublin booking was 7 days but when I phoned they said 30. True to their word they did refund on 30th day. They refunded Madrid after 7.
Glenn, Before going down the CC route, phone them. They are really easy to deal with. A gentle nudge works wonders IMO.0 -
I thought Dublin wasn't covered by this!0

Dublin isn't covered now, but used to be shown under the guarantee listings before the changed the T & C's. Those were the days ...Gone ... or have I?0
