Hi

I hope someone can help. I've booked to go to Pisa(Florence) 26/06 to 02/07. 2 adults 3 children. Bearing in mind that we need an 7 night stay and have children, could this work for us? It's a bit scary isn't it forking out in the hope that you will get something back. I'm not being lazy...I'll do the leg work if one of you experts think it's possible for me to get this accomodation very cheaply.

For anyone thinking of trying The Tower (London) they have rejected my claim , saying the thistle hotel is a completely different hotel yet I argued about the address being the same. Might save you £20 cancellation fee trying.

it must be me but i have searched all day and can only find hotels with about £10 or £20 difference with easyjethotels, could do with some pointers if anyone is willing to help out please!!!!!.

Are you referring to The Guoman Tower? If so, it is definitely the same hotel, I have friends that stayed there both when it was a Thistle and now it has changed hands. If you haven't yet cancelled, I would fight this one x

Sorry, I've looked on https://www.hotelscomparison.com but can't see any killer deals.

I have stayed at this hotel under both names. I would not let this one go - like a dog with a bone !

I would fight it to... had no problems getting them to accept my claim (that was last week)
