I booked the tower and have submitted a price guarantee claim and have recieved an email from hotelopia saying that they cant find the hotel and to submit a screenshot. Will the fact that it is at reserveonline under a different name effect the claim?
it shouldn't do... i had no problem.. although when i look now i can't see a double room beeing available! did you book the exact same thing? sure it wont be a problem if you have a screen shot£2008 for 2008 club No. 286

Hi there,
I'm seeking clarification. I'm looking to book a hotel inBarcelona next month. One of the hotels I'm looking at is quoted cheaper by find-rooms: their price includes breakfast and tax whereas hotelopia's price includes tax but not brekky. Will EJH knock back a claim because I'm not comparing like-for-like, even though the cheaper price is offering extra services?
I've been looking at the same two dates on the hotelcomparison site over the last couple of days. I've noticed that availability is constantly changing. If I'm going to go for it, should I take a screenshot immediately after booking with EJH, or should I wait for a while so it's not so obvious that I'm "at it".
All contributions and random thoughts gratefully received.0 -
EJH will definately knock back if it's not a like-for-like, the comparison website has to offer exactly same room, same service/tax and everything, only the price can be different.
This is one of fundermental base of your claim......just try a bit harder searching, sure you will find somewhere nice.0 -

hi
i have just found the dei cavalieri in milan, ejh saying £1010.00 for 3 x double/twin total stay for 2 x nights - Findrooms quoting £461.00 for the same duration same number of rooms.
Am i right in thinking that I could get double that difference back? Am a bit of a newbie to this thread and don't want to make an expensive mistake.
Can anyone help please.0
