    Anyone help?
I've found a milan hotel for £200 on EJH B&B which is £136 on reserveahotelonline - however they show the rate as B& 'American' Breakfast. I'm assuming EJH will knock back the claim based on Breakfast options not being the same?

I emailed reserveahotelonline when I compared to them. For my hotel they had B+B, double with hot buffet and double with American breakfast. All different prices, but all same buffet as hotel only did one. They said it was because they had blocks of rooms at different prices so different descriptions.

Here's my contribution to the totaliser- refund received for £655.68 for 4 nights at the Gran Silken Havana in Barcelona in March - stay cost £11.50  .

I've had to cancel my other confirmed booking - 4 nights in Budapest (£590 refund confirmed) gutted as you can imagine but my other half's Mum is terminally ill.

They processed my refund very quickly (minus £15 admin) so I've got most of my money back - Easyjet also very quick to refund taxes on the cancelled flights - all done by email with no hassle.
