Tescobank have released a new Instant & Flexible Cash ISA paying 4.13%, up from 4.08% on the previous issue.  This includes a fixed bonus rate of 3.08% gross for 12 months.

Pricipality has easy access ISA at 4.2%, it's flexible with 5 withdrawals/ year.
The Tesco ISA needs a paper transfer form/wet signature to transfer in, does anyone know if the PrinBS ISA is the same?
Principality definitely needs a paper form if you're transferring in after opening. Unless you're transferring from another Principality account, in which case contact them via secure message and they can make the transfer for you.
My experience was that Principality also needed a paper form even if transferring in at opening.
You're probably right - I couldn't recall whether I'd transferred in at opening

  • The fixes the last few years ended up being pretty good in comparison to variable rates. I'm just not sure this year....the variable is higher than current fixes but that could drop and so could the fixes..... what to do what to do!
  • For those considering a transfer and wanting to avoid outdated paper / wet signature providers, this list from Cynergy seems to be reasonably up to date.  https://www.cynergybank.co.uk/personal/isa-transfers

Skipton have released a new and flexible Cash ISA Base Rate Tracker paying 4.16%.
    https://www.skipton.co.uk/savings/isas/easy-access/cash-isa-base-rate-tracker

Worth mentioning that this is a considerable improvement on previous issues, which all tracked below the base rate (issue 7 at 0.15% below). So worth ditching and switching to issue 8, to a) get a better rate, and b) extend the maturity date.

Opened but it’s not allowing the internal transfer, it says there are restrictions. Overnight wait or funding required does anyone know?

Ah yes, my mistake. It's issue 8 that tracks 0.15% below the base rate, issue 9 is the new one that's 0.16% above.
