As per their t&cs, in fact they say at least 1 day.

Timing/notice is annoying, but on the plus side it's not a huge cut in interest rate. And it's better than all the yo-yo-ing newbie bonus rates.

I agree, I've been sitting on a transfer from Monument to Tembo for a week or so, waiting to find out what the dropped rate was going to be. Pressed Go this afternoon.

I've requested a transfer from Monument to Tembo yesterday - the money arrived to Tembo this morning.  Less than 24 hours.  I didn't expect this.

Different story with transfer from Monument to CMC.  Requested on 1st June, money left Monument on 6th June, on 12 June CMC confirmed that my transfer has now completed, called CMC on 13th June to enquire why the money is now showing on my app, was told that it should show the next working day. Called CMC today again and was told that the Monument didn't send the money, so the money is currently in limbo earning no interest. This is worse than delayed or failed transfers.  Good job this was a small test transfer.   I hope I'll get my money back one way or another, but I won't be requesting any more transfers to CMC.

Do Trading 212 tell you when your bonus is stopping? 
I think I've only got 3 months  in total before I possibly look further.

I also have Moneybox 4.8% available including a bonus for over a year so think I'll transfer my Trading 212 to them rather than Tembo.
