I'm in the process of transferring to Principality from Zopa.Posted application to Principality on 29/1 as they need a "wet" signature. They posted request to Zopa on 4/2. As of today, still no movement. (Yawn)0

Doing exactly the same with the same outcome, so don't take it personally.1spiral said:I'm in the process of transferring to Principality from Zopa.Posted application to Principality on 29/1 as they need a "wet" signature. By far and away the speediest, least stressful transfer was from Nottingham BS to Coventry Centrepoint Isa.1 -
I opened my Coventry late on Thursday night and the Virgin iSA was there when I logged on next day, quickest I recall, especially from Virgin. Disappointing when checking Virgin site as no sign whatsoever of my transferred ISA so I could download a final statement.0

Final statement will come by post in the next days from Virgin.akh43 said:I opened my Coventry late on Thursday night and the Virgin iSA was there when I logged on next day, quickest I recall, especially from Virgin. I am also interested in opening the Coventry Centrepoint ISA but have a question:
I currently have a fixed rate cash ISA with Skipton (opened 2 years ago) that is about to mature. Does anyone know if I can fund the Coventry ISA by just transferring the Skipton ISA to Coventry? I have used all my ISA allowance for the current tax year so I won't be able to pay any new money into the Coventry account.0 -

We must receive the first payment into the account, and any other payments in (including ISA transfer instructions) within 14 calendar days of us accepting your application, or while the account is still open to new investors, whichever is longer.

In principle, yes, but as above, it depends when your Skipton ISA matures. You basically have 14 days to either add new money or initiate a transfer. If it’s a transfer, the funds need to be available with 30 days.Washakie said:I am also interested in opening the Coventry Centrepoint ISA but have a question:

Apparently Principality do do electronic transfers, its just Zopa are not on their list.Still got a long way to go to beat a Yorkshire to Metro bank transfer that took nearly 3 weeks from leaving my YBS account to being credited with Metro. I calculated that the better rate with MB took around 2 months to break even on what I'd lost had I stayed with YBS.
