Thanks - pretty obvious, but it's really difficult to navigate the site as the scrolling doesn't work (using firefox on a laptop) so i have to keep reducing the page size by 50% and then it's hard to read, which really doesn't help! I've had a perplexing time transferring an ISA too; i may post about it here once it's resolved but I'm still awaiting a reply to a request for clarification from T212.
I use Firefox on laptop too on Trading 212, if you move cursor to right of the box a grey scroll bar will appear where scrolling is necessary. You can move this up/down then with mousepad

I have put away the full amount into an ISA for this year but my existing ISA provider (from last year) is reducing its interest rate. Can I transfer it to another provider as the only amount to be going into the account? So to open the account with a request to transfer the funds across?0

Yes you can transfer the full amount to another provider, unless your current ISA comes with restrictions.buzzman888 said:I have put away the full amount into an ISA for this year but my existing ISA provider (from last year) is reducing its interest rate. Yes, it's in the T&Cs that interest is earnt from the day after deposit, probably because it's not been allocated to the other banks until day 2.BigBlueSky said:
Out of interest did you also experience a gap between earning interest from your previous provider to start earning interest from Trading212 ?Wheres_My_Cashback said:Just a note to say that if anyone is thinking of transferring into the T212 cash ISA I have just done it and it took 7 days, but that was delayed 1 day by me as I needed to sign a form.
Funds were shown as allocated to JPM 16%/NAT WEST 40%/BAR 44% by day 8.
They are not the only organisation to do this.1 -

Thanks - i think i've had more problems navigating this website than any other i can remember in 30 years. Actually, if i move the cursor at normal speed to outside the box, nothing happens. It's only when i move it out (or back in again) slowly that the scroll bar shows; if i move too quickly, it doesn't show up at all. And the scroll wheel on the mouse works intermittently as the scroll bar comes and goes...I'm sure it works great on a smartphone.0 -

If i move the cursor back and forwards over the box boundary line the scroll bar doesnt show up. Its only when i actually stop the cursor just inside the box boundary line that the grey scroll bar shows. To be honest i never noticed that before, guess i must just stop automatically inside the line.0 -
PrincipalityCouple of months ago the OH opened a "Online Bonus ISA Issue 5" which was quoted as 4.85% (including 0.75% bonus). I assumed this was AER but I can't find any reference now to it and it does not say on the account details or accompanting letter. I now see they have a "Online Bonus 5 Access Cash ISA" which has a rate of 5.0% (clearly AER) including 1.45% bonus. Bit confusing but clearly different accounts. Anyone else with the Issue 5 account that can confirm if 4.85 is aer or basic interest rate - by my reckoning a rate of 4.85 equates to only 4.95 AER anyway.Either way, I guess it would be best to transfer to this new account (5 Access is no problem and both are flexible).0

4.85% AER2 -
They are two different products. I have an Online Bonus ISA Issue 5 as well. This is paying 4.85% (including bonus). The new priduct, Online 5 Access Cash ISA, pays 5% (including bonus). The '5' in the account name refers to neither the percentage nor an issue number. It refers to the number of withdrawls allowed per year.StayinAlive said:PrincipalityCouple of months ago the OH opened a "Online Bonus ISA Issue 5" which was quoted as 4.85% (including 0.75% bonus).
