Mansfield BS 5.5% Double Access Cash ISA
Application by branch and postal only.
This is a headline rate but comes with some complications so probably only for those who are willing to put up with it or are near a branch.

How good are Mansfield at honouring initial rates? Their list of other interest rates makes me suspicious about the longevity of this, and they only need to give 14 days' notice of a reduction0

The Nottingham bs 2 year cash isa in kazzas list has now dropped to 5.10%0
-
Metro Bank 1y fixed ISA 5.71%
2, 3, 5 years also available
Metro Bank Instant Access ISA 5.11% (top rate flexible ISA)

Since there isn't a list here or anywhere else, Moneyfacts really needs a search filter that only shows flexible ISAs.3

So after giving Moneybox a couple of weeks grace, decided to look at transferring my ISA over to Gatehouse. Wasn't totally clear whether they were part of the electronic transfer scheme or not (some sites say they are, some not), so gave them a call. They said not as they require a posted transfer form, so don't think I'm going to bother as not enough of an increase to make it worth the hassle.

Moneybox, however, aren't on either list so if that's correct (and they're not on it in some other guise), then you'll face the same problem whoever you transfer your ISA to in the future.0 -

I transferred an ISA from Coventry BS to Gatehouse and it was completed in less than a week and no missing days interest.
