I'm thinking of transferring my 2 year Paragon @ 1.64% over to the just launched Shawbrook 1 year fix at 3.70% even with the £650sh penalty it works out better I think!!!

I already have that 6 month fixed savings account with Shawbrook so can i just open the ISA by logging into my Shawbrook account & applying or do I need to start from scratch?

If you log in, some of your details will be pre-filled so saving some time.
I've been doing some early closures lately too. I use a spreadsheet to see what the notional value of the new ISA would be at the original maturity date. If it's going to be worth more by the original maturity date then the early closure is definitely worthwhile to me.

Will I need to sign physical forms or can it just be transferred via bank transfer from paragon to shawbrook?

So they have, not overly bothered now NW have increased their maturity options but others might follow the drop or maybe they achieved their target at those rates.
Yeah, cheers but nah, I will stick with yes,  thank you and no.

    Thank you.
