Cash ISAs: The Best Currently Available List

Should Skipton and Nottingham BS cash LISAs be removed from the existing list?
I'd still contend that none of these is a Cash ISA in the purist HMRC sense of the term, but can see the line of argument that if some cash LISAs are included then they all should be....0 -
Fair point - I hadn't actually viewed the whole of post #1 when posting that comment!
I nearly made the same comment but saw that some LISAs were already in the list. My view is that people have enough problems understanding that cash LISAs are not Cash ISAs without including them in a Cash ISA list. Maybe the OP could include a comment in the LISA section making it clear?0 -

Its perhaps more of an issue than many (perhaps most) of the 'best buys' above are no longer available. A lot of clicking to get 'oops this page isn't available anymore'...0 -

Another update (or correction). The two-year Kent Reliance (1.90 per cent interest) is not in fact an ISA bond, but a bond without the ISA attachment.
Don't know whether this was a recent change.0 -
Looks like the MSE recommended easy access from Charter bank
https://www.moneysavingexpert.com/savings/best-cash-isa/#chartersavings
has been pulled. It was there yesterday and I was about to sign up - now only 5 year fixed showing (unless they will update it later with a different product)

charterbank 1.62% 1 year fix is gone, now.0

Hi,
First time poster looking for guidance on my cash ISA. In December 2018 I took out a Virgin Double Take E-ISA, which was the top-recommended cash one-year ISA on MSE at the time. It was easy and like clockwork the interest rolled in, in April. Since then, for a variety of reasons, I've taken my eye off the ball tracking the best deal. I checked the page this evening and saw that the best recommended cash ISA for a one-year fixed term was Charter Saving Bank's with a 1.45% interest rate. I went to check my Virgin ISA and saw it was labelled as Double Take E-ISA Issue 5, and also said it had an interest rate of 1.45%. Am I missing something? Why doesn't the Virgin one appear alongside Charter's as a good option on MSE at the moment?
I appreciate I am very naive so any informative comments on why there might be this discrepancy would be really welcome - I'm trying to work out whether I should move my ISA or not.
Kind regards,

It is likely the Virgin ISA has been withdrawn to new applicants so MSE will not list it because it is no longer available to all.
The rate will almost certainly change (downwards) when the ISA reaches the end of the fixed term.Warning: In the kingdom of the blind, the one-eyed man is king.
