  • So are you saying that you don't get that rate if you only transfer across from a virgin ISA you already hold. I have one with Virgin, currently paying 0.5%. Also is it flexible?

The Coventry BS Easy Access ISA (Online) (2) (listed in post #1 under Variable Rate Cash NISAs that accept transfers in), doesn’t permit transfers in of previous years’ ISAs, only current year’s.

New issue (issue 7) of Virgin Money Double Take e ISA now available with rate increased to 1.5%pa (was 1.47%pa on issue 6).

Same 2 withdrawals in calendar year restriction applies (see the account terms)

As usual you need to transfer in to get the rate if you are in an earlier Double Take issue but takes only a few minutes to do, and from my experience you get your accrued interest on the old issue added and paid across straight away to the new issue if you choose annual interest.

The new version of the Man Utd Double Take E-ISA is also paying 1.5%pa.

Issue 7 no longer available from 12th July 2019.

Now replaced by issue 8 of these ISAs paying a lower 1.43%pa AER

It's a cash Lifetime ISA not a Lifetime Cash ISA!

In other words, in the context of the four types of ISA defined and recognised by HMRC, it falls within Lifetime ISAs rather than cash ISAs, and therefore shouldn't be on a list of cash ISAs, even though it is an ISA and funds are held in cash....

Should Skipton and Nottingham BS cash LISAs be removed from the existing list?
