Thanks - appreciate that the link works but if you go from the YBS home page it is not listed as available. Only the fixed 3yr is a is listed?
The website allows you to request an application form - I did .. They sent an application for the 3 year isa

Just been informed the market leading 6% junior ISA from Halifax is reducing to 4% from January 2015.I took this out nearly 3 years ago based on the 6% rate. I would love any advice on whether i should move transfer and when to move? This was the Juniour isa rate if you have it linked to your own ISA.0

Virgin Money 2 year Fixed Rate Cash Isa (to 15th November 2016) available Issue 114 with a rate of 2.10%.
Minimum deposit is £1.
Transfers in are allowed and additional deposits are allowed for up to 30 days after the account has been opened.
Early access to the money is available subject to 90 days loss of interest.
