Hi everyone. I hope you all enjoyed the long Diamond Jubilee weekend.
I've made lots of updates to the first post of this thread.
ISAs from Teachers Building Society and Market Harborough Building Society, both paying 3.00%, have been added to the variable rate (non-transfers in) ISAs section.
ISAs by NatWest and Halifax have been removed from the variable rate (transfers in) section. Both rates have dropped and are no longer competitive enough to feature on the list. The Nationwide Flexclusive ISA has also been removed, as it has been withdrawn.
On the one year fixed rate ISAs section, Santander and Virgin Money have launched new issues of their popular ISAs, paying 3.50%, 3.30% and 3.30% respectively. Also added to this section, are ISAs from Progressive Building Society, The Post Office and Julian Hodge Bank, paying 3.15%, 3.10% and 3.10% respectively.
One year fixed rate ISAs from Cheshire, Derbyshire and Dunfermline building societies, have been removed, as they now pay only 3.00%. NatWest's range of Preferential rate ISAs have been removed from the list, as they've been withdrawn.
Added to the two year fixed rate ISAs section, are offerings from Marks and Spencer Money and Aldermore, both paying 3.50%. On the three year fixed rate ISAs section, ISAs by Virgin Money and Bank of Scotland, both paying 3.60% have been added.
I have added some new four year fixed rate ISAs to the list. They are offered by Lloyds TSB, Cheltenham & Gloucester and the Bank of Scotland, paying 3.90%, 3.80% and 3.80% respectively.
Newcastle Building Society have launched a new five year fixed rate ISA, called Champion ISA, paying 4.25%. Also added to this section are ISAs by Cheltenham & Gloucester and Julian Hodge Bank, both paying 4.00%.Please call me 'Kazza'.0 -

Yes, that's right innovate and MoneySaverLog. I made the amendments to the list last Thursday (14th June) to reflect the LTSB downward rate changes. Rates tumbled last week on a number of ISAs. I hope this isn't a trend and rates pick up in the next few weeks. It can never be said enough times; Thank You for your diligence in maintaining this very valuable resource.
You're welcome. I am pleased it is helpful.Please call me 'Kazza'.0 -
firstly, as ever, thanks for this resource. i have a couple of questions :
1) i have two separate cash isas for previous years. i am assuming if you make an account at one that accepts transfers, you can deposit for this year AND transfer in two existing ones?
2) i was going to do this at santander, but then read a lot of negativity about time taken to do transfers. then i thought maybe lloyds, 2 year fixed (i do like the idea of having no hassle next year, even if it costs a little money). but now it seems the rate has dropped. should i wait and hope rates go back up?
cheers0
