    The new two year and five year fixed rate ISAs from Yorkshire Bank and Clydesdale Bank, paying 3.60% and 4.25% respectively, have been added to the list on the first page.

    They sent me a letter dated the day after I sent the application so would have been when they received it (my mum phoned me earlier to say the same happened with her account).

    The letter said the transfer was proceeding. That letter was posted by them second class. So hopefully you will have a confirmation letter in the next few days.

    Received confirmation today from NCBS of transfer in progress.

    Indeed, credit where it's due. This was probably one of the best fixes since Newcastle BS's 5yr 5.0% ISA that allowed penalty free withdrawals with only 30 days notice. That was pulled around August 2009 if I recall correctly.
