Saffron Cash ISA transfer to Shawbrook will be via a Transfer Form.
On the transfer form do I put my Saffron Cash ISA Account Reference Number or the Saffron Barclays Account & Sort Code they use as a clearing bank or both, anyone know?
Thanks.

You use the 9-digit account reference number, even if there's not enough space and add it at the end.

Just your Saffron Cash ISA Account Reference Number. It will usually go into Roll number field.

This was based on the assumption that the Shawbrook 5.25% was being opened regardless, and has a pretty long funding window, possibility to hedge bets a little.

Tried opening a 2 year Shawbrook yesterday for both me and my wife…her application processed and opened immediately, mine is on hold/ we’ll get back to you within 5 working days. We’re funding with new money but with 90 days grace I’m debating holding off to see if rates look like going higher in November. That forecast that rates could be 1% higher in 12 months is making me pause…

Shawbrook 5 year FRISA
The following is from the T&Cs...
If you transfer your Cash ISA/ISA(s) from another provider OR transfer funds from your current Shawbrook Cash ISA in the current tax
year (where you are permitted to make deposits into this year’s annual ISA subscription allowance), you must transfer the whole balance
as you cannot hold two Cash ISA accounts in the current tax year.Could someone please translate it into English for me?

You are now allowed to split your annual £20K allowance across multiple ISA Accounts at the same time (previously this was not permitted). However, it is up to individual ISA Managers whether they support this or not. Shawbrook clearly don't….

But why do they refer to ISA transfers? If your ISA contains this year's contributions you must transfer it in full. Is that what they are trying to say?
