Not rubbing salt. I did the referral yesterday afternoon, not got 10k in my account, got the 50 quid paid in my linked account this morning. Seems like they're trying to bamboozle you.

I don't know I'm guessing the person who referred me is just a series refrerrer and has done it tens of times and probably they just didn't count anymore, which is annoying but what can you do. I did go back to them with the 10K thing and say that is nowhere in the terms that the referee needs to do that and they agreed that was the wrong info given to me, so at this point I can only assume it's the other thing and I won't actually get paid. It's just one of those things, the only annoying thing about is that I only did it for that bonus and now I've had a week in a lower rate ISA instead of the higher rate Santander one it could have gone into straight away but it's a few pounds isn't it so not that much of a loss.

Did you ask them to point to the T&C's where it says there is a limit for referals?
I certainly cannot see one!

Though it doesn't seem to say anywhere on the app how many referrals are allowed despite it stating it does.
Also I guess the person who referred me might no longer have an account with them and have transferred out in the last couple pf days or something and so maybe that is why it's not gone through.
Who knows

Possibly the referrer gets told in their app when they hit a limit… if they check it before handing out more. Often*, there is a broad anti-abuse clause in the T&Cs that can be used if the provider believes the referrer is taking the Michael. All leading to disappointment, and sometimes a large volume of off-topic posts.
This is one of several reasons MSE banned sharing of referrals through this site.
* Here is the relevant term for Monument:

Sorry if it has already been mentioned but I think the Monument Boosted Cash ISA for new customers has been pulled, at least the former web page returns not found.

Still seems to be available on the APP with the £30 referral fee.

Leeds BS have launched a new issue of their one yr fixed rate cash ISA. Issue 235 @ 4.5% AER, fixed until 2nd June 2027.
other lengths and/or monthly income ones may also have updated (see list at link above).

Oh we might see some movement on the 1yrs then now. I'll be watching as I would go for one at that sort of rate (but not with them).

Plenty at 4.5% for the past few weeks now.
Higher still when you take cashback into account with HSBC and Santander.
