Mine too. My moneybox deposits are frozen and they don't have an account I can open.

I did see "Transfer in your full balance in one go from a non-Santander ISA to an Easy Access ISA or one of our fixed rate ISAs", I have opened their Easy Access ISA on Friday which the transfer completed today to see if I get the voucher then transfer it out later.

I was going to try the 1 year FR but annoyingly my Halifax Cash ISA was transferred to Nationwide when the offer came out so waiting for that to complete and hopefully try to apply for the fixed rate.

From the wording then you should get your voucher. My current big ISA from previous years is locked away until October annoyingly, but i have 5 k from last year and my full 20k this year. The 5 k is just in an EA ISA with Atom and 10k of my current year is in Monument right now, my thinking is I just add another 5 k to the atom one and try and transfer both into 2 different santander ISA accounts to see if i get 2 x vouchers, which by the wording I should. I then have about 3k left (because about 2 k is tued up in s& s ISA's just for cashback through TCB) which i think I will just hold on to in EA or something or into my main S &S ISA.

    Saffron BS

This is where I am at with them.

    03/04/2026 Emailed transfer form in

07/04/2026 (after bank hol) Email received to say thanks for sending your form in

14/04/2026 Message to say transfer requested from Chip and that interest will be backdated to the day Chip close it - so no interruption of interest.

Not that it helps, but I think I read somewhere (could be here) that they received over 1000 requests. I am unsure how long it takes to process through this or what paperwork they might have to do. From my own past personal experience, I’ve not found Saffron BS very well organised generally, they seem to overcomplicate simple queries.

My experience with Saffron couldn't be faulted. I opened the account on Thursday, posted the Transfer form to them same day, got a message on Friday to say they'd received it and submitted it the Principality and the money was with Saffron the following Wednesday, so less than a week end to end. Suggests they are very well organised.

Oh that's great and I am pleased you had a positive experience. Obviously, experiences differ. Unfortunately, I must have been unlucky in the past where they messed up my monthly saver rollover more than once so that's what I remember them for. Fingers crossed the ISA will be straightforward.

I emailed Saffron BS 3 transfer forms, 28 March. Saffron acknowledged on 31 March. Skipton took 3 days, Ford took 10 days and Trading212 left it to the last minute (15th working day!) For each of those, Saffron credited my ISA the day after the money had left the older accounts.

You should try an HSBC ISA transfer. It is painfully slow and one poster has had his funds leave his current provider two weeks ago and the money is still not in his new HSBC ISA two weeks on as of yesterday.

I requested my HSBC transfer in late March - they have still not taken the funds despite the efforts of my current provider to facilitate this and do what they need to do. I don’t think we are isolated cases.

I have had no communication or confirmation from HSBC since my transfer was requested or any updates - just from my current provider who are doing their best. My current provider did an ISA transfer from the same ISA account this week to another provider in 48 hours - so it isn’t their systems that are at fault.

As a small local society I have sympathy for Saffron as clearly they made a market leading ISA available nationally - quickly pulled - which they are struggling to manage. They appear at least to engage.

I have less sympathy for a major global high street bank.

Update on my missing Monument bonus. I chatted via live chat this morning and they now stated to wait 3 working days instead of 48 hrs, so now I've got to wait until tomorrow evening before escalating it again, anyway they also said that if the person who referred me also doesn't have 10k in their account (no idea if they do or don't) I won't get the bonus, which I have to say I did not see in the T & C's but maybe I missed it…

    T&C's say 3 working days.

AFAIK the Referer does NOT have to hold £10K in their account to refer others, Can't see that in the T&C's

I did not when I refered Mrs B

However I had requested a transfer in of over that amount, which is still pending…

Referral is now down to £30 until 30th April.
