Cash ISAs: The Best Currently Available List

This is the email I had with them last Saturday following my webchat:
Please accept my apologies for the delay in responding to you, we've seen a high increase in customer requests.
Thank you for your ISA transfer I can confirm this request is being processed. ISA transfers can take up to 15 working days.
I feel there's not much more I can do until Friday 1 May when the 15 days are up.

I don't mean to be nosy, but where did you transfer it to? I tried YBS, which has about every provider listed, but it seems Plum is not on the list.

Can you you give me the 25k to put in as well?

I see there's a few people struggling with ISA transfer forms in post. Save yourself some time and download this
https://www.hsbc.co.uk/content/dam/hsbc/gb/pdf/savings/cash-isa-to-hsbc-fixed-rate-cash-isa.pdf
then take it into branch if nearby

Standards at Saffron BS have slipped then. They used to be good!
No man is worth crawling on this earth.
So much to read, so little time.0 -
Did i see somewhere that there's an email address this can be sent to, rather than branch or post?

The HSBC person I spoke to on the phone suggested the pdf form could be sent by PM, but I would take that with a pinch of salt given the other "information" I was given.

Plum don't use the BACS ISA transfer service so you won't be able to transfer from Plum to any ISA providers who limit transfers-in only to those providers who do use the service. Providers who do limit in this way include Cynergy and Tandem.
There are some providers who initially have a drop-down list for electronic transfers but then offer an option to post off a transfer form to them if needed, so it may just be a case of trial and error until you can find one who offers that option. In my experience, Santander, Shawbrook and Charter all offer that option and I suspect it's still common to do this.

Do you have a link to the full terms?
I saw a message in the app but no actual info.
I'd like to know whether I can transfer the balance of my existing Cash ISA to get the boost.
That said, if it only applies to the first £20k, and all interest is forfeited if you transfer out, I'm wary.

I transferred to MoneyBox. Plum is a trading name of Saveable Ltd, so it might be on YBS's list as that.
