Great idea, I will do just that! The vast majority of my funds can go into the highest interest ISA which I know I won't need to touch and I can put what's left into an ISA I can dip into without punishments, so it's there as an emergency backup pot if I need it. Thanks for your clever advice.👍️

Went with Monument. Signed up last night via a referral and got the bonus £50 today. Impressed so far. Thanks.

I had one of their accounts with good rates. they dropped after two weeks, stayed. then dropped after another 3 weeks. Left.

Their cash ISA has been the same rate for a couple fo months now and I've always found their rates to be fairly competitive. Of course they are going to drop their rates when the rest of the market is dropping rates, the same as any other provider. You were probably unlucky with timing, there is nothing wrong with Atom at all and it's a bit wrong to suggest they are constantly dropping their rates and doing over their customers when it's simply not the case,

my transfer from Chip to Monument I summited Fri has just completed pretty swift transfer

That was just my experience. I also did not say they are "constantly dropping rates".
I only moved because there were better rates elsewhere. I would not have done if they were "the same as any provider"

I'm not sure what you mean

Am sure that most people will have got it. To put it plainly, you highlighted your concerns about problems with transferring out from Monument, and then the next thing, you signed up to them. I was surprised that you'd gone with them, but glad that you'd got your ISA situation for this year sorted out. That was all. Nothing further needs to be said, you've got yourself sorted out now, and that's all that matters.
