Hehehe! I don't mind the caramel flavoured ones, but I see what you mean!Look around near the cream crackers. I usually find them in that general area, on the top shelf. Nairns is one brand but there are others. They come in a square box-tube but they are round inside. There is often tartan on the box. I adore the cheesy ones, can eat them with no marge so even though they will almost certainly be higher fat than the 'normal' ones I don't slap butter all over them so hope it works out about the same. But they're dearer and not always in stock.
Thanks ~ I will be going to Tesco's on Wednesday so I will make a note of those on my shopping list, they've got to be worth a try0 -

Re healthy extras
They have changed the system so now it is 2 H.E. from A (milk or cheese etc.) and another 2 (making a total of 4)
Hopes this helps (you can p.m. me if you think I can help):):)

Hi
Was put onto this board by Elona when I posted a question in Health (re. did hypnosis help with weight loss - please post any experiences!)
I am 34, married with 3 kids (11, 8 & 2) and currently about 3 stone overweight. Since January I have been going to the gym 2/3 times a week and would like to start doing even more exercise. I've been kind of doing the slimfast diet but generally only sticking to it during week and then sometimes not at all - you know how it is! If I stick on it I shift about half a stone. Really need to kick my butt into serious action to lose the 3st. Summer holiday is my goal - thoughts of swimming costumes at this time make me nearly pass out with embarassment! My long, long term goal could be my husbands 40th next March as I'm going to arrange a big party and I want him to be proud of (slim attractive) me!
so a big hello to everyone and hope to "chat" with you soon0 -
Do any of you know the password for this week need to check syns on line
Thanks
