Well done - it is a great feeling when you can go into "normal " shops.
I have got myself down to a size 16 ( this means that I cram myself into it with a shoehorn and look like a badly stuffed sausage!) but at least I feel less hopeless.
I find that if I do a lot of cooking in my slow cooker so I always have something warm and home cooked to eat - then even if I constantly snack from it then it does not do the same damage.:):):)"This site is addictive!"

Hi everyone. As far as I know I didn't do anything different last week. Worked hard at the gym and tried to eat well but that's normal for these days. I do think that weight for us girlies fluctuates greatly from week to week so this week could be a whole different story!!!
Velvetglove - If you don't mind typing in your recipie for pork and noodles I'd be grateful. Always glad of any meal ideas.
Good luck to all - here's to a successful week0 -

lazylins - it isn't a failure to mark time until you have your dieting head back on again. Perhaps looking at how far you have actually come and then thinking how you will feel if you backstep with a little gain here and there which will eventually need to be lost again will help you get back into the mood! This is what I have had to do since Christmas when I took a few weeks off and ate anything that didn't run out of my way fast enough *grin*
jaffa - I'll type it in tomorrow night after I get back from the gym as it is really late and I'm so tired I can hardly see straightNot a problem about typing it in for you though
Also, if you log into the website (using the group password that elona has kindly provided, you will be able to see 7 day menu plan I think it is - which will give you a few more ideas to work with
(some breakfasts, lunches and dinners).
elona - you little angel! Thank you very muchI was hanging on to a little list of newish items that I needed to look up and was hoping that somewhere along the line I'd pick up a password to nip in and check the sin values out.
Sad because you don't know what to do? Comping question? Take a look in the Comping Guide to find out0 -
Can anyone tell me how to log on to the Slimmers World website if you're not a member, or if this is possible? It only seems to recognise a "registered" email user name, so won't let me in (I've tried inputting dragon, but makes no difference).
Thanks.Wins since 2009 = £17,600MANY THANKS TO ALL OPS0 -
Hi All,
VelvetGlove - thanks for your kind words and support. I've lost my first 1lb!!!. I'm trying to eat healthily and count calories but I'm torn between being really strict with myself or maybe taking it more slowly and having a daily (small) treat.
Lazylins well done for going down two dress sizes, you should be really proud of yourself!
Good luck all0 -
MimiJane,
I've just had a look on the slimming world website and I had to register my details (name, email and postcode) then you enter the group password (dragon).
I'm not a member of a slimming world group but they accepted my details ok?
Hope this helps0 -
