Oh no - 1 pound back on. I did hit the booze bad over the weekend, and i'm really bloated. I think i need to avoid the booze altogether to take more off.
Hope everyone else has been more succesful than me.

Only lost 1 lb this week. Not really surprised as I was very premenstral and lost control of my diet and gave into chocolate urges. I'll have to try harder this week (sounds like a school report!).

I'm hoping for a good loss this week, I have been so good and only lost half a pound for the last 2 weeks..so I changed tactic this week, I have been out for dinner and had a couple of glasses of wine this weekend so we shall see.0 -
