I think I lost 1/2 lb this week - the digital scales kept flashing between 11st4 and 11st 5, which I think means it's in between?
A little loss, but a loss nonetheless. I haven't been particuarly strict this week, so at least it's something. I'm a bit dissappointed as I'm I've still got 5lb to go to get back to my pre-Christmas weight but I've only got myself to blame.
I'm going to be really strict with No Count this week, and if I don't see an improvement next week I'll try Full Choice to kick start me. I prefer the idea of not counting everything as it doesn't feel you're on a diet, but I may need a boost to get me to re-evaluate portion sizes etc.
Well done everyone else on their fantastic losses! :TNew year, no debt! Debt free date - 02/01/07 :j :j :j0 -
1lb for me so total of 5 - 5st 12lb to go (gulp). Still I figure that I should be a couple of dress sizes smaller by the summer so shouldnt be so uncomfortable. Have discovered the delights of fry light so lots of roasted veggies this week (kids love them too). Just trying to see this as a change of lifestyle and not as a diet cos as we all know diets don't work. PS my birthday today (44) yaaaaaaaaay (not)!!!! Happy Birthday to me, happy birthday to me....................... Hope everyone else is doing ok!~A mind is a terrible thing to waste on housework~0

Perhaps go for a walk and then enjoy something tasty.0 -
Hi Everyone,
I have lost 4lbs this week, and 7lbs, since the New Year. I have been very busy this week I haven't exercised as much as I should, I plan to sort this out next week.
Well done to all who have lost weight.0 -
Hi all
This is my first post in this thread. I started Weight Watchers just over a week ago. In my first week I lost 12lb and now weigh 15st10lb. Ideally I'd like to be around 13-13.5st, but we'll see how it goes. I tend to do Weight Watchers quite a bit....I've done it 3 times in 3 years....it always ends up that I get bored and forget about it. Not this time though! I started counting my points for the first few days, but I've started to break the rules already. I haven't been counting exactly how many points i'm having per day. Instead, I know what I can and cannot eat depending on what i've eaten the rest of the day. It's more like a healthier diet than a total Weight Watchers thing. Anyway, I'm rambling on. I'll keep you updated on how i'm getting on.0 -

Ted, thanks for all the Vit D info. I've been putting off adding Vit D to my long list of supplements, despite your posts elsewhere, but I'm going to do it NOW!Signature removed for peace of mind0 -

Yeah in a week. It doesn't seem healthy, but I completely changed my diet and introduced exercise all of a sudden, so I think my body maybe just got a major shock. I'll be worried if I lose that much again this week.0 -

Just try and keep it slow and steady: that's more sustainable long term. It's a life-style change you need, not a short sharp shock!
Good luck, and many happy returns to Chugalug!Signature removed for peace of mind0
