    Good luck moam!

Up reasonably early today - have already been for a walk and breakfast beckons.....

At some point today I am taking the DD's out for lunch - I promised i would - DD2 needs the odd break to keep her sane and DD1 is having her braces tightened this week so today is the obvious day ( tomorrow is out cos it's father's day.)

I have been fighting the reappearance of the black dog recently - DD2's healthhas led it to creep back in when I wasn't looking..... and the weather doesn't help......

Hope everyone has a good day...

    Good morning.

MOAM - sending vibes for gale-free fun.
CY - I'll try throwing a stick for your BD.

Just finishing breakfast before a quick trip to Lidl. I wasn't going to to this weekend, but their offers are good.

So far the day looks like this (not necessarily in order):

    [STRIKE]write shopping list[/STRIKE]
[STRIKE]shopping (Lidl, farm for eggs, papers)[/STRIKE]
    list stuff - WIP
    make cornflake buns with DS2
    watch a movie with DS2
    write reports
    do tea
    organise Father's day present [STRIKE]and card[/STRIKE]

I suspect that I'll get a call from DS1 at some point, asking to be picked up from his GF's. DH will be at bowling from lunch time.

Hoping to be back for some HHCs, if anyone else is playing.
    Have a good day, everyone.

    Morning All

    Hugs Kaz

Hugs CY - get rid of that BD quick!

DH has gone to see about another job this morning and then is picking his new car up. We've also got to go and fetch a trailer that we've bought from Buxton which is a bit of drive and the kids aren't too impressed. Out to some friends' house tonight for a meal and at some point I need to get father's day cards so a busy day today.

    Have a good day all

    Hugs

Got a friend coming at 10 so that will keep tots occupied as she is bringing her DS who is about same age as my DS.

Have finished bleaching my food cupboards and haven't found any more wriggly crawlies but I have slung a load of old stuff we won't be using... Cupboards nice and neat now. They were on my list for next month so have just been done early.

Mrs MP.. he is going to be in a few weeks.. he has statted gaining weight now so should be being moved to SCBU soon :D I saw him the day after he was born and I went last Sunday. His mum has been discharged now but I am hoping to go see him today or tomorrow depending on how quickly I get through sorting the bedroom!

  • Anyone know how to disguise scratches in oak flooring? Just moved the sofa and scratched the floor!!

If no one has answered this yet, dark brown wax crayon (borrow one of the kids) can help

Thats wonderful news pigpen good luck with the bedroom i still have the pile of clothes corner to pack away in mine.

But the last hour has seen the craft supplies get a complete organisation 1 box full of material scraps for patchwork, 1 box for the wool and the half finished projects :o a few too many to name and i know theres still one on the kitchen table and 1 under the clothes pile but they are on frames and so too big to add to the box... thats my excuse and im sticking to it!:p

Plus just hoovered the master bedroom, hallway and tidied all the coats and winter woolies

Hung up the bed linen and the towels are now in the WM, thanks to a tidy of the bedroom ive discovered another bundle that will need to go in WM after this lot. They may have to wait tho.... i think i will run out of hanging space!

Right time for another 1 Hour clean :o starting Now ...
