    Glad you found it enlightening. Make sure you tell all of your friends and relatives. Spread the word about this sort of parasitic behaviour.

    Litigant in Person rate for county court claims is £18 per hour. So for each letter that's 4 hours researching online the legal position of the statements made in their letters, plus one hour for composing and posting the reply.

    Which comes to a total of 5 x £18 = £90, coincidentally the same figure as their "parking charge" - and that is "made up".

    I have been providing assistance, including Lay Representation at Court hearings (current score: won 57, lost 14), to defendants in parking cases for over 5 years. I have an LLB (Hons) degree, and have a Graduate Diploma in Civil Litigation from CILEx.     dont forget the two way radio :) although in my case when ive been working in a car park, ive sometimes had it on the wrong channel

    i am becoming quite the advisor here for colleagues who have got tickets. I have one friend who is very important he is up to ticket 33! now because work wont give him a permit yet he saves lives. sadly though his car has been keyed twice now each time and just out of cctv range.
