How would you answer these questions

Do they have to do the work themselves?
Can someone tell them at any time what to do, where to carry out the work or when and how to do it?
Can they work a set amount of hours?
Can someone move them from task to task?
Are they paid by the hour, week, or month?
Can they get overtime pay or bonus payment?

Or how about this set

Can they hire someone to do the work or engage helpers at their own expense?
Do they risk their own money?
Do they provide the main items of equipment they need to do their job, not just the small tools that many employees provide for themselves?
Do they agree to do a job for a fixed price regardless of how long the job may take?
Can they decide what work to do, how and when to do the work and where to provide the services?
Do they regularly work for a number of different people?
Do they have to correct unsatisfactory work in their own time and at their own expense?

Wow, so you can work extra hours to get the pay that you lost through going on holiday or being sick. I can work the extra time (no o/t cap here), get paid for it and still get paid for my holidays and any time I have off sick.

After this thread even the job center must be willing to understand this is a criminal enterprise.

If you are on the TPS you must give "BLATANT" permission to be contacted.

1. Even if someone did give details to a shop, and that shop passed those details on they can NOT CALL YOU.

2. They must be willing to give even over the phone how those details came about.

3. If they record you without permission, against the law.

As I said, they are dodgy scum.
Robbing old dears of there savings, NOT COOL DUDES.

I wonder what will happen to poor old.

You win guys i give up - my oringinal aim on here was to post my findings both good and bad however i have been side tracked by the huge number of negative posts against myself & Foxy comms.

Cold calling exists and that is a simple fact, i personally dont think it will cease to exist anytime soon to be honest.

Although you may find it annoying and hate it, it serves a purpose and helps fund this countries economy. The leads generated help other companies grow and thus creating jobs etc.

I've look at other posts on similar websites and see that other people that work from foxy comms and similar companies have tried there best to show their point of views only to be battled against left right and centre.

I look forward to potentially speaking to you charming people when you get a call from us. If for any reason i do get the chance to speak to you then it would be only to great for me to actually know who you are so i can sit there and tell you there isnt a fat lot you can do to stop us calling you in the future.

So they call you and have incorrect details - ok maybe have you thought your number was reallocated at some point from someone else, if you call BT they will clarify this happens on a regular basis. So the details that are held may relate to someone else. Theoretically this doesn't matter a market research call can be completed by anyone over the age of 18.

My point still stands, if this is a so called scam / con and its 'so' obvious then why has nothing been done by the authorities yet? Why is there not mention of law suits against the company all over google? Why is the company still going? Why are numerous calls still being made to consumers?


Can anyone prove to me how this is a scam - if so i will happily bow my head and accept this... until that point i will continue to work for them, continue to speak to the consumers i do on a daily basis and have nice conversations with them. And continue you to laugh at the people that give me abuse because it really is no skin of my back.

Yes it's a scam,and I doubt anyone ever got the marks and Spencer's vouchers that supposedly are put in the prize draw
