Cor, carry on like that and Dexter's Indignation will get another Nobel Prize, this time for eating popcorn. But he'll have to share it with me. The prize that is - I'm bringing my own popcorn.
You might as well ask the Wizard of Oz to give you a big number as pay a Credit Referencing Agency for a so-called 'credit-score'

The thread on 'who calls me' if you read it properly shows it is only assumed the call is from foxy comms - how strange is it though that the dialler actually withholds the number so no number is shown as you cannot dial it back to us.

Still taking the abusive attitude I see - are you as polite to the poor people you get on the phone? Sums up the level of intelligence of the typical foxy employee if you ask me - a scummy chav.

I cannot of given anyone the number, because I don't actually know the number - the only people who know the number are the people that would have programmed it into my employer's auto-dial system 5 years age and I doubt they would be telling any one.

So either you are random dialing or you have a database that is 5 years out of date.

I notice that you also didn't bother to comment on the fact that I have repeatedly asked to have my details removed, been assured that they would be and then been ignored.

A Scummy chav? Bit of a generalisation isnt it - im far from a CHAV and far from SCUMMY.

Again this just proves my point your all so uptight its unreal. You dont know me, you dont know my life, my achievments or anything about me so how can you make those sort of accusations. Have you actually met many home based agents - most of them are single parents, semi retired people, students etc.

In regards to asking for your details to be removed, instead of continuely asking why dont you call the helpline number and take it up with them as opposed to an agent that calls you?

I can guess that you've probably been a little blunt to some of the agents if so then i wouldnt blame them for not deleting your details to be honest. When people are rude to us then of course we become annoyed - we are human. Treat us nicely we do everything we can for you, be nasty to us, we pester you like mad.

Although saying that, i personally chose not to pester people, if someone says they dont want to be contacted i hit the 'remove details' tab and it wipes the details from the database. But thats because i can understand people might not be interested etc.

But then again im a 'scummy chav' so i probably dont do that do i?

The real stupid thing is guys that we have all your details, when we call you it pops up with your name and your address. ITs one thing for us to guess a contact number but a full address and associated name? Really????

I'm going back to basics now - im going to post my findings, both good and bad. If you read them then cool, if not then meh it doesnt really bother me.

Im going to post some information shortly that will potentially help you all stop these calls or make you wiser on how to prevent additional ones. If you want to take my advise thats your choice.

  • Ok so as promised here is some potentially useful information for anyone who receives calls from 'National Money Savers'.

Please be aware that all agents are recruited by one of the following companies:

    1) CCHN (Call Centre Home Network)
    2) Foxy Communications
    3) Euro Marketing

All agents when calling will specify they are calling from 'National Money Savers' which is basically one of the above companies.

The following is a quote from the T&C's issued to every agent:

If anyone who asks how we got their details to call them….the prospects will have either selected the ‘opt in’ option, or not selected the ‘opt out’ option when they made a purchase on the high street or retail web site.

This allows calling regardless of Telephone Preference Service (TPS) registration. If anyone needs to complain please give them the number Agent Survey Helpline Number: 01923 288995

 TO PREVENT CALLS YOU MUST STATE 'PLEASE REMOVE MY DETAILS FROM YOUR DATABASE

If you do not do this - the agent must hit the 'Not Interested' tab which will then mean you are liable for further calls.

After this then use the survey helpline number and speak with an advisor to clarify your details have been removed.

If for any reason you continue to get calls - i would suggest keeping a call log of the numbers (if any show up), the agents name, date and time of calls, and the company name used on the intro.

You can also record the calls - however for legal purposes you must DECLARE the call is being recorded and clarify with the agent if they are ok with this, if not then the evidence is not submisable.

NOTE Companies that promise they can stop marketing calls are giving false information. No company can stop your details being sold on etc, if you do not read the small print when you make purchases etc you are opening up a loop hole in the system that allows market research companies the grounds to call you and leave you defencless in the eyes of the law

Hmm, a bit of a contradiction here - why should people have to make a call at their own cost to have their details removed from your crap database that they never asked to be put on in the first place.

Spyros says he has asked to be removed, but been ignored - or may be he hasn't used the EXACT wording required - is it like some sort of magic phrase and has to be word for word correct to work? Perhaps he made the mistake of saying "Please COULD YOU remove my details from your database" and was therefore ignored.
  • I worked for this company last year for all of 3 weeks, it's a scam /con, call it how you see it, most of the calls are to old and infirm people,( the reason why I stopped) and its classed as market research but simply it's selling , the dialler is constant, and all questions are loaded towards to selling some product or other to the unfortunate recipients , I would advise anyone to stay well clear, and privateeeyes13 don't be a tool and treat people on this thread as fools, your just digging a bigger hole defending this company

Now we get the real story rather than privateeye13's corporate propaganda.:T

Good on you Useitorloseit for having the morals to give up on working for these bottom feeders.
