PS... anyone thinking about trying to post honest opinions on here do not bother,

Not quite as honest as you would have us believe then - misquoting people and advocating benefit fraud .

Also, is this an official Foxy stance or your personal suggestion (from a PM) -

My advisor found that to be particularly interesting.

I assume that is me that you are talking about - you might like an update - after I found out that the job was self-employed thanks to you, my advisor at the job centre has told me that it should never have been on their lists and I don't need to apply for it as it is a fake job.

I also never told you that "they have sent a number of people to foxy and they have loved it", so you appear to not be being entirely honest are you.

Firstly i have more than one person messaging me privately KWS so the comment i quote 'they have sent a number of people to foxy and they have loved it' was not from you - secondly i advised you not to end your benefits until you passed trial their is nothing illegal about that in any shape or form. In fact Job centre advise you to do trial periods and they keep your claim active whilst you do.

Thirdly your obviously twisting words, no advisor can claim a job is Fake they do not have the right to dish out their opinions like that. The job is legit, it is still clearly on the Job centre website and has been for some time now. I think that maybe your twisting things yourself.

I think to be honest, your all very opiniated about this company and yet none of you have even done the job yet. KWS you asked me for my advice which i gave but you have quickly tried to turn this against me even though i was open and honest.

If im honest - i no longer care what you all think lol. Im going to continue posting my thoughts if you like them brill if you dont then MEH i guess i can live without your approval :)

If your going to quote laws etc i wouldnt do it to someone who has a criminology diploma and a legal degree ;-).

Someone staying on benefits whilst completing a work trial is not benefit fraud mate, as i said the job centre actually like it when people do this. If you end your claim to do a job trial and then dont pass the trial you cannot reclaim benefits for 6 weeks.

So therefore what i said is legally accurate and not against the law. I suggest doing your research before accusing me of advocating benefit fraud!!!

If you're so well qualified why are you doing such a crap job? I smell bovine excrement to be honest.

What you appear to have told the other person is that they should tell the benefit centre that they are waiting to hear back about their application - that would be suggesting that they tell a lie wouldn't it.
  • Ok firstly you have no idea who i am so please dont make judgements an insulting comments like that (Reported by the way)

I do know who you are, your an idiot. You did earlier advocate free speech, maybe your a hypocrite too.
Secondly, to all you muppets, im not a moron of any shape or size, i have a criminology diploma and a law degree. I do this job because it suits my needs at the moment with my family commitments.

No you are a criminal! See cold calling regulations. PS legal degrees bought from the internet don't count.
Cold calling is acceptable purely because stupid people like yourselves dont read the small print when you sign things and therefore give third party companies the rights to call you. IF foxy comms was a scam do you think the Job Centre would still be advertising and getting people who are looking for work to apply? I have a lady Private messaging me at the moment who has been told to apply for this job by the job centre as they have sent a number of people to foxy and they have loved it.

I never give out my home number! in fact i would have to look on my mobile to see what it was!

Thirdly, do you not think that the authorities would do something about foxy comms and cold calling companies if they were scams etc? Foxy has been going for a few years now and its not as if there not easy to find lol.

Two things it is not foxy coms but foxy cons. When the state can be bothered they will do something.
I am going to stop posting on here i think, its pointless trying to talk to you people. Just because someone says something good about a company (THEYMUST BE PAID FOR THAT). As for the employment thing, ACTUALLY yes i do have employee rights DERP!!!. Although i dont get sick pay, or holiday pay so what - i get to pick my own god dam hours - CAN YOU DO THAT?

    You actually get paid?
    By foxy con?
Now we know you are just in fantasy land.
You have no rights! (Well you would first need to be human, cold callers fail at this hurdle)

Can I pick my own hours, well that depends on my clients!
A real job usually depends on deadlines so in theory I work when i have too.

But don't go just yet, we really want more people to see how these silly cold calling scum operate.

Ok, actually telling someone that they are waiting to hear back from a job isnt breaking the law. Technically its true, if they do a trial period they are only doing another part of the application process therefore they havnt formally got the job yet hence no need to cancel benefit claim - NOT ILLEGAL!

But are they being paid during this "trial period", or are they "self employed", or are they working for nothing?

they train the people that work for them,

I thought nobody worked for them as everyone was "self employed".

I also happen to know that they do NOT use legitimate sources for their data.
Its just a shame that the DTI are so lazy.

How do you know this then? Have you worked for the company?

Have you ran an investigation into the company if so have you published your findings?

Are you making an accusation you back up here with factual evidence?
If so then i would love to see this proof?
Doing the investigation work - you don't have time to do.
  • Also did you know that some of your post constitute slander and therefore you could be taken to court for potentially damaging a companies reputation?

For someone with a law degree your not very bright!

    Slander is spoken.
    Libel is written.

I did not get a law degree, I watched a spiderman movie.

Did you qualify with Lionel Hutz

None the less, as stated earlier the freedom of speech thing???

Maybe the fact that me and the others in this thread speak the truth!

The fact this thread is in response to someone needing advice on a possible "Job" and they were wary of it.

I may not know much about the guys who run this board, but by showing how you and your firm operate we are highlighting issues that need addressing. Maybe that is what this board is for.

You might as well ask the Wizard of Oz to give you a big number as pay a Credit Referencing Agency for a so-called 'credit-score'
