One comment about having doubts does not prove you are not one sided. It shows you are trying to come across that way....badly.

With respect i have stated that i have my doubts twice and stated i will be open minded and honest. The thing is as soon as i write anything partially positive you all jump to conclusions how about waiting for all the facts and further comments before judging that im a one sided biased guy lol.

Like i have said SOOO many time i clearly state i will talk to people via PM and i will also update this page with my findings.

What so many of you dont realise is that you bring this type of call on yourselves by not reading the small print.

Also the number of you that are abusive to the agents calling you , do you not think if you were nice and spoke nicely to them theyd be nice to you and do what they can to stop these calls.

I had a women today ask me how to stop these calls and i told her to simply state she wanted her number removed please and to make sure she read all the small print when signing contracts or query forms.
I think this is fare - im told by my managers to accurately disposition the calls if i fail to do so i am removed from the dialler and not able to work anymore.

You are giving your own (or someone else's) opinion on those who complete forms and receive these calls. Which one of us on this thread has said we have been abusive to callers?

Well what else am i meant to do lol, i can only say the pros and cons of something i have done, im not going to write about things i dont know.

theres been a few people in related threads that have been abusive. I have abusive people answer the phones sometimes, and i tell them that i will do my best to prevent any further calls but i do advise them that they need to read the small print on documents etc to prevent there details being sold on aswell. I dont HAVE to do this, if i want i can click not interested and leave it at that. However NOT INTERESTED actually only relates to each specific survey so when new ones come up - GUESS WHAT... you get called again. And its purely because consumers dont word their responses properly.

Isn't it strange that someone joins a new company and the first thing they do is Google them for bad press and dredge up a 5 month old thread to comment on. One would almost think that they were being paid to do that :cool:.

I love how paranoid people actually are - im not an unauthorised company rep, im do not claim to rep them or act on their behalf. I am simply writing information about something i do for a living, i do believe that i am not disclosing any information that cannot be found elsewhere on the internet or that im not breacheing company privacy guidelines.

You said it yourself the thread is 5 months old, if you google the company then yes this thread comes up, i checked it out to see what peoples opinions were on the company and to see what i was getting into. It also helps me talk to customers as i can expect what they are going to say.

There are no new threads that have been created in the last 5 months for this company so this must show that the negative press is slowing down a bit, so maybe your opinions on this company being a scam maybe unjustified.

If you dont like what i write then dont read it thats kinda simple isnt it. All i am doing is writing about the job i do and allowing potential consumers know how to handle these calls if they dont want them, or what to expect if they do want them.

I do not get paid to do this, this is something i do in my own time. A survey company would not pay people to do this lol its moronic of you to think they would. I love how you automatically think that someone who writes positive information is paid to do so but someone who writes negative stuff must be telling the truth because it matches your opinion. How biased are you guys really??

OPEN YOUR EYES - this day and age, consumer survey companies do exist, you will get calls unless you proactively read small prints and watch who you give your details to.

The one thing i dislike so far about this company is that i believe there opt in statement should inc some more well known companies such as Eon and NPower so that consumers know we work alongside big known companies.

What is it about NMS / Foxy communications that you dont like or make you feel they are nuisance calls?

Why do you feel the need to advise people not to PM me? What harm can it do really, do you not think that there could be other colleagues of mine on here that would like to talk to me, see if they can get any tips etc.

OR people that have recieved calls from NMS may want some information or how they can prevent calls without writing on this thread? I think that your using ur mini disclaimer in ur signature as a way of enforcing the fact your word is gospel to some degree.

I think that reporting me is kinda stupid to be honest, im doing nothing wrong. FREEDOM OF SPEECH is a wonderful thing, also if you feel im breaking any rules surely as a more experienced poster you should advise me of what im doing wrong so i can stop it?????

Strange how you state you are in the trial period of 15 unpaid hours yet the loyalty you have forged in that short time brings you to this forum and you feel so strongly that you are not only defending yourself but also the company and the industry. You are able to advise on reading the small print, you say how you record every type of call and you say this is what you get paid for. Even though you are in the unpaid trial period.

Oh wait, is that a story unraveling I hear?
