I am getting so confused that the posts are timed an hour later because they haven't been adjusted since the clocks went back.

    Haven't done any decluttering really.

Sometimes I do wonder if ill health is a precursor to hoarding. I am not well again, lots of undefined and apparently random things, earache which has moved down into my jaw, cold sweats during the night even with the window open, painful joints and a feeling of malaise. So I'm back to not being able to do a great deal and it doesn't take long to get into a mess again as it's still a work in progress.

I hurt all over really. Even my scalp is sore.

Maybe it's the toxins from the pent up emotions now being released and sweating out of your system. That's probably not a scientific definition, but your renewal has to have some effect on your body. I know it hurts byatt, but you will get better, and perhaps it's all part of the process.

Have plenty of rest, but don't give up. You are doing well overall.

I think being ill takes more out of us than we think and as we're not thinking as clearly it makes us unable/unwilling to make decisions. When decision making can be tough anyway it has the potential to make things worse. The key is to rest and recover fully rather than trying to push imo.
  • Absolutely alec. Rest, that's the ticket. (Anyone else seen Witness?)

Anyway, lots of DS's things have now gone into the charity drawer. I was only in 0xfam the other day. Well, in fact I was in there today because they sell so many random things (many of them ours) and I needed some ribbon as I am making lavendar bags for friends for presents.

So, I've almost decluttered some stuff. Now that the study looks as if it might be decluttered soonish, I'm thinking about the loft. You know that feeling you get? A sort of itchy-at-the-back-of-your-mind feeling? Hmm. Anyway, I can't get up there by myself as I am rather short, so will have to rely on DH or DS to hup me in.

Keep it up folks, and keep posting. This is my favourite thread.

    Alec, yes so true.

PQ, why were you asking if we'd seen Witness?

I haven't had a totally unproductive day, in between sleeping and sweating, as I've dealt with 2 tax issues, even phoning HMRC twice when the first time was a complete waste of oxygen! Then made sure I entered my self assessement activation code so I can do a return online.
