    Well car passed MOT (just) cost me £20

    MIL gave us £100 for easter so that paid for the shopping :D
    Good wage this month so might be able to pay 3-400££ off the debt this month (fingers crossed)
    Car tax was £122 :eek: for 6 months, so that's paid today too.
    We'll just see how we get on this month......

    0% ends 1st May and i've just been approved for another :j very happy as i won't be paying any interest for a while :D

    Limit of 12k too! quite surprised at that. Just need to cancel the old one now.

    Plan of action;
    Pay off DH 0% card as this ends first
    Pay off as much as we can from my new 0% card (12 months interest free from now)

    Hi Sista,

    Great to hear the MOT went well, :eek: to the car tax, so expensive to run a car, but really is necessary, least you are now paid up for a while.

    Great news about the cards too, with such a good limit, really helps things along doesn't it.

    We have been planning for when we are debt free too, I think it helps to keep the motivation up :D

    Well, debt busting has stopped for the foreseeable:(
    DH has lost his job.

    I'm fretting at the moment. DH is going into town tomorrow to see if he can find any work so i'll keep updating on progress. We can just about manage the essential bills on my wage that's without food and petrol. :(

    We'll just have to see what happens next. One thing is for certain, we're not undoing all our hard work and rely on the cc again.

    Wish us luck, i feel we're going to need it.....
