Telephone the landlord and tell them what's going on and inform them that if it continues you will begin legal action, which he or she will have to declare when he comes to sell the property at a later date. The batshit tenant will be out of their swiftly.

What law has he broken exactly?

I thought the point of this website was to give people constructive advice not to take the mick? Why would people comment on something just to give a pointless opinion.

Here's some contructive advice. Advise your friend to move next door to DylanO.

I dont think this is worth bothering with unless they want to sell the property, the tenant will move on soon enough, they would be very unlucky if that had another tenant as colourfull as this one sounds.

I think it only becomes a problem if you want to sell your house and then they could have a word with the landlord to sort it out. I knew someone who could not sell their semi detatched property due to the neighbours clutter in the front making it look run down. They offered to help the neighbour clear the junk, which they did and the problem was sorted out, house then sold quickly.

I agree this thread is useless without pics :rotfl:

My friend lives next to a guy who threatens him every time he sees him because they once had an disagreement about his motorbike. I would think carefully before starting something with someone who already seems a little unhinged. Live and let live, surely.

Madness. My neighbour (and friend) has a garden full of little windmills and solar lights... No one has been moaning about it because surprise surprise we aren't small minded muppets round here :) It's not to everyones taste but no one gets their knickers in a twist about it, and it's very popular with small children.

I can't believe someone has got so het up about about how someone else is (shock horror) using their own front garden
Mum of several with a twisted sense of humour and a laundry obsession :o:o
