Hi lee or Heidi,
I hope you can assist, me and my fianc!e are trying to
Get a mortgage and he has a £100 default on his credit account from when we were In Australia . He rang vodaphone to advise he wanted paperless statements And email because he wouldn't be at his home address for 12 months. He came home to his parents house to find letters and reminders from vodaphone which he wasn't aware of. We have been told it will be taken off and it hasn't. We wrote to vodaphone and have had no reply. We need help to try and remove this as this is stopping us ftom getting a mortgage and we are not getting the help we need. We are now desperate and need help

Same situation
Went to apply for a loan from my bank, before I did I used experion to check my credit score come back perfect. Only for the bank to tell me there is a default on my credit report, they then told me to use callcredit l, which I did, and what shows up? VODAFONE apparently I was in £20 debt with them, I called immediately only to discover that actually there was no money owed to Vodafone and it was a mistake on there behalf, which they said they would amend on my credit file. Well they did amend it in a sense, basically the way it looks on my credit report is I have now paid that £20 that iv owed, the problem now is the defaults showing on my report since august 2013. I need those DF's changed to ok before the bank will loan me any money. After endless calls to vodafone including 1 call where the person I was talking to claimed to be part of 'the credit assurance team' or something along them line's. .she also told me that they have fully amended the problem on my credit file and will adjust in the next 24 hours. Over a week later nothing, and my report hadn't bewn updated since the first time I got in touch with them. Im in distress and ran out of ideas this has been going on dor over a month now and my phone bill is through the roof after keep calling vodafone. I've been advised to take legal action after the last call, I just want this mess sorted as quick as possible as im being punished and penalised because of vodafones mistake.
Please help.
I have my old account number but that is all, dont know the phone number or my pin
thanks in advance
