Please help i have the same issue. i have wrote a letter but have no idea where to send it?
I have spoke to Vodafone about my default and they have cleared all debt and admitted it was there error but there were unable to remove it over the phone. Can you have a look at my case please?
I have my account number ect but don't know who to contact with this matter, please help.

Hi,
I'm in a similar situation with vodafone. I have just found out through a mortgage application process that I had a defaulted payment of a minuscule amount but I never received the bill or default notice, the first I knew of it was when I saw the credit report. I called to pay it straight away but vodafone say they cannot remove the default from my record which seems unfair as I never received the bill or any correspondence relating to the payment due at all.
Any help with the best thing I can do next would be much appreciated!0 -
