Thanks Gingham Ribbon for starting such a great thread; I'm not veggie but am enjoying meat less and less these days. I bought some lentils and didnt know what to do with them so these recipes are very timely for me!

I'm going to try the galette recipe next week, already put the cabbage on my shopping list!

I live alone and only use bacon in recipes so I buy a few rashers from the butcher and freeze them separately then take out just one or two as I need them. Sorry, to put this on a veggie thread!! lol

I love Baxter's Brown Lentil and Tomato soup and would love a recipe for something like this if anyone can help please; also is there a link to the Troll's burger recipe please?

OH took some galette with him to work today. Tonight I've had to write the recipe out for one of his work colleagues. It's now spreading off line too :rotfl:
