item accidently sent to wrong address and has been stolen

    That's only for the OP's own benefit though.

    It still doesn't alter the fact that the seller should have sent the item to the address listed with Paypal.

    the parcel was inside theres a communal door to both flats in fact two things of my post was opened and other stuff had been taken

    Had you deleted your old address from Paypal or just added the new one? Before paying for the item?
    The other stuff delivered there, was that from ebay-Paypal?

    no it was a magazine from a company

    So items can be left inside the hallway.
    (for all those slating the postie in earlier posts)
    For yourself you really need to clarify what address the seller was presented with on the Paypal payment. thats the crux of where the blame lays.
